Madeira Wine Festival is an event usually held during the fall in September or October. The event promises lots of interesting folklore and floral events, with the festival kicking off with VII European Folklore Week – featuring folklore groups from Portugal, Russia, Italy and Venezuela.
The festivities are held around the capital of Funchal.
